2024 – 2025 Student Registration

***For students coming from outside of WCSD***

  1. Go to washk12.org and fill out the form online
  2. Call the school (435.688.2238) to set up an appointment – TUESDAYS
  3. Bring:
    • proof of address
    • birth certificate
    • shot records
    • copy of IEP, 504, or ESL (if applicable)

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Once the online portion has been completed you will need to contact the school and schedule an appointment to complete the registration process.

UPCOMING MEETING

The next scheduled School Land Trust Community Council Meeting is January 13, 2025 @9:30 am.

The meeting will be held at Tonaquint in the Professional Learning room.

All interested parents or community members are welcome to attend.
